THERAPEUTIC USE:
Carminative, anthelmintic and antibacterial in nature. Boosts immunity, relieves cough and cold and aids in digestion. Also helps with cardiac debility, flatulence & colic. It can also be used to control acne & pimples by making a paste with water and applying on the face.
DOSE:
Children: (Above 5 years) 2-5gm. (1/2-1 tablespoon full) Adults: 5-10gm. (1-2 tablespoon full) with water twice a day.
